COVID SAFE PLAN

If you arrive early to your appointment, please wait in your car until your appointment time.

You will be asked to sanitise your hands on arrival to your appointment.

Disposable face masks are available if you wish to wear one during your brow treatment.

All appointments are strictly 1:1. Please no guests.

Additional time will be allocated after each appointment to sanitise commonly touched areas and to ensure only one client is in my studio at a time.

Disposable gloves and a face mask will be used for all brow services.

If you are sick or showing any symptoms of illness, please stay home. Symptoms include but are not limited to fever, fatigue, dry cough, difficulty breathing.

By booking with Leah Toumpas, you confirm;

- You, as well as all household members, do not currently have, nor have experienced the symptoms listed above within the last 14 days.

- You, as well as all household members. have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 30 days.

- You, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 within the last 30 days.

- You, as well as all household members, have not traveled outside of the country, or to any city outside of our own that is or has been considered a "hot spot" for COVID-19 infections within the last 30 days.

BROWS

 

Booking fees are forfeited if a cancellation or change is made to your booking within 24 hours of the appointment time. Cancelling with more than 24 hours notice will hold your booking fee to be used within two months of original booking date. Failure to rebook within this time frame will forfeit your booking fee.

 

If the client has had Botox, you must wait 14 days before treatment.

The client understands that tint will react to fake tan and fake tanning should be done at least 24 hours after their brow appointment..

It is the responsibility of the client to inform the artist if you are on any skin medications/creams within the last 6 months and must be reported to the artist before your treatment.

The client understands waxing is considered a trauma to the skin. Reactions and infections can occur up to 48 hours after your appointment.

 

By booking in with Leah Toumpas, you release Leah Toumpas of any liability in the case of reaction, infection or allergies caused by waxing, tinting, brow lamination and lash lifts.

 

 

MAKEUP

 

Booking fees are non refundable and non transferable. 

 

In the event you cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will forfeit your booking fee. In the extremely unlikely event that Leah Toumpas should have to cancel a booking or cannot perform her duties for any reason, 100% of any payment received will be refunded immediately and is the only liability to Leah Toumpas.

 

Outcalls are available for bridal party bookings only.

 

Makeup trials include one look with minor changes. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with the outcome of your trial, it is your responsibility as the client to inform the artist at the time of the booking so appropriate changes can be made within the scheduled booking time. Refunds will not be offered if the client changes their mind after the fact.

 

It is the responsibility of the client to inform the artist at the time of booking of any known illness or allergy that may affect the artist, the sanitation of their kit or the health of the client or artist including but not limited to: latex allergy, scabies, conjunctivitis, styes, common cold, flu, herpes simplex (cold sores), head lice & eyelash mites. The artist accepts no liability arising from allergic reactions or personal injury arising from the consenting use of the products offered by the artist.

 

The artists kit is not to be touched or handled in any way by anybody other than the artist to maintain the hygiene and cleanliness of their kit. Any breakages/damage to the artists makeup or tools caused by the client or any persons present at the booking must be paid for by the client.

 

Bridal Parties; A $150.00 booking fee is required to secure your booking via bank transfer. The balance of your invoice is due 14 days prior to your wedding date.

 

A minimum of 6 weeks notice is required to cancel your booking or the full balance of your bill will be invoiced.

Numbers for group bookings are final upon paying your booking fee. If a person is ill or decides not to go through with the service, their appointment must be filled with another person or this amount will still be added to the final bill. If time permits the artist may accept at their own discretion additional people/services at the time of booking with payment made upfront in cash.

Bridal trials are optional however are recommended for brides who are unsure on their desired look. The full cost of your makeup trial must be paid upon booking.

 

Destination Weddings; All costs for travel are to be paid by the client. Costs may include but are not limited to airfare, hotel (2 or 3 nights depending on the destination), transportation to and from the airport in the departing and destination city, parking in the departing and destination city, per diem for meals if not all-inclusive, per diem for days traveling, service incidentals and all taxes.Regular rates for makeup apply in addition to the above travel rates. 

 

In circumstances where parking fees apply, the client will be required to cover the charges when makeup services are being conducted i.e hotel parking, meter parking etc.

GENERAL

All cancellations or reschedules must be sent to leahtoumpasmua@hotmail.com as soon as possible.

 

Public Holidays will incur a 15% surcharge which will be added to your total booking fee.

 

Payment in the studio is accepted via cash, Eftpos and AfterPay. A 1.9% surcharge will apply for Eftpos transactions.

 

Client must arrive on time to appointment to avoid any delays. If the client delay will impact other scheduled appointments, Leah Toumpas reserves the right to cancel that appointment without refund.

 

Gift Vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified and cannot be redeemed or replaced after this date. Leah Toumpas is not responsible for lost/stolen vouchers, and is not responsible for replacing a voucher that has been lost/stolen. Gift Vouchers are non refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. Gift Vouchers are not valid with any other offer and/or special with Leah Toumpas. Gift Vouchers must be used by one person in one visit.

Discounts and sales apply to full priced services only.

 

Leah Toumpas may take head shots of makeup applications and brow sculpts performed to be used for social media advertising and commercial use unless otherwise specified by the client.

 

Leah Toumpas reserves the right to refuse service to the client or to any party of a group booking who displays inappropriate, abusive or threatening behaviour or where work conditions are deemed unsafe. In the event Leah refuses service, no refund will be given.

 

The above Terms and Conditions are accepted upon booking with Leah Toumpas.
